By purchasing from NovaCart you agree to these terms. They cover our products, website, and orders.
1. Products
NovaCart sells physical consumer products sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide. Product pages describe exactly what is included. Colors, sizing, and packaging may vary slightly from photos. If a product you receive does not match its description, our 30-day guarantee applies.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we ship it. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments; we never store your card details.
3. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days; delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Details are on our Order Tracking page.
4. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including its 30-day guarantee.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or resell our materials without permission.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and imagery belong to NovaCart or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaCart's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect is the one posted when you place your order.
