30-Day Guarantee
You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at support@novacartmax.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos help us resolve claims faster.
Conditions
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are fully covered — we'll send a replacement or refund, including shipping.
- For buyer's-remorse returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll reship or refund — your choice.
